  My 3 month old had an scheduled appointment at 10:15 didn't get called in the back till a hour and a half later then once we were placed in a room it was an additional 35 to 40 min waite no one even had a little courtesy to at least apologize for the extremely long Waite they want you there on time and if your a few minutes late they request for you to reschedule but when you are on time they take their slow time to see you will not be taking my baby back there

  Called and left a voicemail and now it's 12days later nobody had returned my called. I called again on the 11days after the first time I called and still 24hrs later nobody return my calls. I showed up on the 12days after the first called and they told me I need to be seen in order to resolve what I need which a medicine to be prescribe!!! After seeing the doctor i took my prescription to the pharmacy and was told that they need authorization from my doctor. I went back to the doctors office and told them what the pharmacy told me. I was told they will take care of it and will give me a call. It is five hours later and I called my insurance and they told me they have not received the authorization from my doctor. I need to have this medicine in two days!! Unbelievable!!! Now its seems I will drive to town three times to get this solve because calling on the phone doesn't seems to be any good.
